CALL FOR CASES
At this year’s seminar, we are reviewing cases with audience and panel discussions.
We are looking for derm cases, surgical cases, ingrown toenail cases, and everything in between. We know every podiatrist has their preferred way of treating patients and we want you to share your experiences with your colleagues. There will also be a discussion on the billing codes and documentation so we can all share our challenges.
The case format should include the following:
- Patient age, gender
- Comorbid conditions, meds/allergies
- Chief complaint/mechanism of injury
- Pertinent imaging/labs/data
- Final result if available
- Billing and coding
Submission Format: Please submit all documents in one combined PDF file and label the file clearly with a description of the case and your name.
